The VNEA schedule will always be on this website, but the stats for this league will be maintained on the CompuSport app. Weekly books will not be printed.
Weekly fees are $12/person plus $5 table time.
Please put league fees into the provided envelope and fill it out so it can be determined which teams fees are inside.
UNCOLLECTED PAYOUT ENVELOPES

ANY LEFT OVER PAYOUT ENVELOPES FROM LAST SEASON'S YEAR END WILL BE ROLLED BACK INTO THE LEAGUE AS OF DECEMBER 31ST OF THAT LEAGUE YEAR TO HELP SPONSOR OUR JUNIOR LEAGUE. IF YOU HAVE AN ENVELOPE THAT HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP, YOU MUST MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO DO THAT BEFORE THE DEADLINE.
WCVNEA - What you need to know - Edmonton 2025

THINGS TO KNOW FOR THE 2025 WCVNEA
- must be registered in the tournament to join Scotch, Doubles, or mini's
- Teams must have 2 original members play every round
- no team shirts required - but expectations of a neat and clean appearance are in place
- On site registration for scotch doubles - do not need to be same charter
- WCVNEA IS NO LONGER USING THE PATCH
- This tournament does not issue refunds - would need to sell your spot
- Entry deadline is FRIDAY, JANUARY 17, 2025 - CASH IN CARI'S HAND - NO EXCEPTIONS
- hotel rooms are your own responsibilty - River Cree Casino (sold out I believe)
- Must have a minimum 8 league nights for singles and team by JANUARY 24, 2025

Saturday, Feb. 15 - 8am Singles continue
11am Doubles (sign up between 9-10am)
5pm Team - Novice, Intermediate, Advanced
8pm Team - Men's Masters, All Ladies Teams
Sunday, Feb. 16 - 8am - All Team events continue
TBA - Sportsmanship begins
Monday. Feb. 17 - 8am - Team continues

Averages for Your Make Up Matches

When you fill out your scoresheet for your makeup match, USE YOUR CURRENT AVERAGE, do not use the average of when the original match was scheduled. The program does not retroactively date the match to when it was supposed to be played, so the score sheet will not match yours paper copy.

JUNIORS

- played at Ralph's Texas Bar & Steak House, every Saturday 12-2pm (no long weekends)
- individuals welcome - no team requirement
- must be 10-17 years old
- 12 week session
- one time $25 registration fee
- 5 week requirement to qualify for wind up prizes
entry deadline is March 15/23
